We’re looking for a data-driven, highly motivated Paid Advertising Specialist to help manage; our strategy, execution for paid search, display and retargeting, paid social, paid review, media buys, and any other new advertising channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Help manage the day-to-day of Divvy’s paid search, display, paid social, and video advertising on Google and Microsoft platforms, optimizing for lead and pipeline generation
  • Creating and optimizing landing pages for conversion and quality, as well as influencing broader conversion optimization throughout all of our paid efforts
  • Identifying trends in our own data, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau, as well as in the market, to optimize spend and performance-based insights
  • Spending time in accounts optimizing keywords, audiences, ads, bids, negative keywords, tests, and more
  • Help oversee campaign budgets and performance for all paid advertising channels 
  • Providing guidance and oversight to broader marketing team on digital advertising strategy, tactics, best practices, contract negotiation, operations, and reporting
  • Staying up to date on product releases, betas, marketing trends, strategies in the industry that can benefit advertising channels
  • Working with digital team to determine budgets, goal setting, ROI metrics, and strategies
  • Analyzing performance trends and making the necessary changes to work towards improving performance

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience managing paid search, display, social accounts with budgets in the several to tens of thousands per year
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, strategies, and best practices for search, display, and video marketing
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making
  • Excel/Google Sheets experience in data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience in landing page optimization, ad, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements
  • Ability to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

To Stand Out

  • Experience specifically in B2B marketing - ideally SAAS
  • Experience in FinTech or the financial/accounting industry
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms - especially Marketo
  • Experience with CRM systems - especially Salesforce
  • Experience with Enterprise reporting and BI tools - especially Tableau
