What You'll Be Doing

  • You’ll work with and learn from senior product marketing managers, making sure our launches and messaging are successful every time! This will involve:
  • Support our largest, strategic launches by working closely with senior product marketing managers
  • Join customer calls to learn more about our buyers and their needs.
  • Work cross functionally with product managers, marketing teams and enablement teams.
  • Draft important content, like website content, help articles, blog posts, release notes, sales slides, and more
  • Ensure things get done on time by helping keep track of product launches and materials
  • Help us keep track of the effectiveness of product launches and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within product marketing, integrating with many other business units such as Sales, Engineering, Product/Design, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, etc.
  • Technical background, having scaled SaaS a product(s) (Experience within FinTech and Salesforce is a huge plus)
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field, or equivalent/relevant experience
  • At least 2+ years experience
