At Divvy, Brand Designers are responsible for building and maintaining the brand, and how it exists for our customers and employees. They work closely with our partners in Marketing, Sales, Product, and HR to elevate our brand to world-class level. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute brand and marketing assets with professional use of typography and layout across all platforms. That means: social media, digital ads, website and landing pages, print collateral, presentation decks, eBooks, whitepapers, email templates, and more.
  • Help in conceptualizing, designing, sourcing, and distribution of employee swag
  • Build within our established brand system, and help expand upon it.
  • Work closely across the various groups in Marketing to bring ideas to life.
  • Continually bring fresh ideas and be ready to fight for them
  • Be a strong advocate for consistent and cohesive design
  • Fight for the brand

Qualifications

  • You’ve got strong design chops with great examples of typography, composition, color, and concept.
  • You’re a creator who is hungry to sink your teeth into design challenges 
  • You have a strong design opinion and can help push things forward through giving and receiving critique.
  • You can work well between different orgs with different needs. You must be able to speak their language, and also help them learn ours. 
  • You should be proficient in design software (Adobe CC, Figma, etc.)
  • You share our values, and are excited to build with us. 

To Stand Out

  • Have an incredible body of work, and solid projects you’ve owned.
  • You bring something extra to the table in terms of your skills. That could be something like videography, photography, motion design, html/css, etc. 
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX, and ability to contribute in a real way to pushing our larger design team forward.
