Position Title: Stock Picker/Order Picker Swing Shift: 2:30 p.m. - 11 p.m. (half hour lunch) Pay: $20-$21 DOE Scope of Position: Will be responsible for physically picking orders, segregating, counting, and delivering to the assigned drop location. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Pick orders as assigned by leadership team in a timely and accurate manner. o KPI Expectation: 34 lines per hour, 50 units per hour minimum * Assist with freight receiving and put away as needed. * Inventory Management o Quickly and properly report any inventory shortages discovered during the picking process * Clean, maintain & organize work stations, equipment, and facility as assigned. * Provide coverage for other duties as delegated - quality control, shipping, receiving, cleaning, etc.
